Innovation is rarely born in comfort zones. It emerges when curious minds are given the freedom to experiment, the courage to challenge convention, and the support to turn bold ideas into reality. At F1Soft Group, 2025 has become exactly that kind of year.
Behind the F1Soft Accelerator Program were individuals and teams eager to explore new ideas and push beyond their day-to-day responsibilities. The program created an opportunity for participants to think creatively, challenge existing approaches, and experiment with emerging technologies while taking greater ownership of their ideas.
Across individuals and teams within F1Soft Group, a new wave of experimentation took center stage. Employees were being encouraged to think like founders, challenge their workflows, and explore emerging technologies with greater ownership and creativity. The culture evolved into one where ideas moved faster, collaboration ran deeper, and innovation became everyone’s responsibility.
F1Soft Accelerator Program
At the heart of this transformation was the F1Soft Accelerator Program, an initiative designed to turn promising internal ideas into impactful AI products. The program provided a structured innovation journey that enabled teams to build scalable AI-driven solutions while developing their understanding of product development, business strategy, go-to-market planning, and product storytelling.
Launched as a 12-week hybrid accelerator program that ran from November 2025 to January 2026, the first cohort brought together four ambitious teams working on high-potential AI solutions. Through a combination of mentorship, workshops, and hands-on execution, participants refined their ideas, validated their assumptions, and transformed concepts into functional products with clear market potential.
What made the Accelerator Program particularly valuable was its focus on execution and growth. Teams went beyond building prototypes by developing comprehensive product roadmaps, business cases, growth strategies, pitch presentations, and live demonstrations. The program culminated in Demo Day, where teams showcased their products, shared their progress, and received feedback from leadership and stakeholders.
The Teams Driving Innovation Inside F1Soft Group
The selected teams in the first cohort reflected the diversity, creativity, and ambition driving innovation across F1Soft Group.
Shishir Acharya, Nitesh Ghimire, Prabin Chaudhary, Om Narayan Singh, and Ayush Acharya from FoneNXT were building “Finance Wrapped,” a storytelling-based personal finance platform that transformed financial tracking into an engaging and motivating experience. Rather than presenting users with overwhelming spreadsheets and numbers, the platform created meaningful monthly and yearly reflections around spending, savings, and financial progress. The idea was centered around helping people build a healthier relationship with money through simplicity, clarity, and motivation.

Another promising project came from Sagun Giri, Adarsh Ghimire, Raju Bhattarai, Bijay Shrestha, and Sagar Khanal from FoneNXT, who were developing a voice-based AI agent for customer service. Their solution aimed to improve customer support experiences by allowing users to ask questions verbally and receive instant, accurate responses. At the same time, the platform helped support teams streamline workflows, access policies efficiently, and reduce delays in service delivery. The project highlighted how AI could make customer interactions faster, smarter, and more human-centered.
The accelerator also included the work of Sushil Dhakal, Prashan Dristi, Sanil Manandhar, Kalyan Sendang, and Ayur Adhikari from FoneNXT, who were building an AI-powered KYC Video Analyzer. The solution automated KYC video verification using advanced transcription, document detection, and facial analysis, along with compliance checks. By significantly reducing manual review time and minimizing human error, the product had the potential to reshape compliance operations for banks, financial institutions, and RegTech companies while improving both speed and accuracy.
Completing the cohort was Pramithas Dhakal from F1Soft with “RentMate,” a rental platform designed to simplify the process of finding and listing rooms, flats, and houses across Nepal. Built around verified listings, transparent communication, and user trust, RentMate aimed to reduce fake listings, hidden costs, and dependency on intermediaries. The platform introduced a more reliable and user-friendly rental ecosystem tailored for the modern Nepali market.
The winning projects were announced, recognizing the most impactful innovations developed during the program. KYC Video Analysis secured the top position with a total reward of Rs. 500,000, followed by Voice-Based Chat and Customer Service which received Rs. 250,000 for its strong application in improving customer interaction. Finance Wrapped was awarded Rs. 100,000, while Rentmate earned Rs. 50,000.

A Future Built on Innovation and Empowered People
These projects are not side experiments. A future where employees are empowered to become builders, where ideas are accelerated with intent, and where technology is created not just for scale but for meaningful impact.
The F1Soft Accelerator Program demonstrates that innovation thrives when organizations invest in people as much as they invest in products. By creating an environment where talent can explore, test, fail, improve, and ultimately succeed, F1Soft Group is building something much bigger than an accelerator. It is building a culture of innovation that can shape the next generation of technology leaders in Nepal.
