But what set the past year apart wasn’t just the pace of innovation, it was the way we approached it: as a team, united by purpose and driven by collaboration. Across the F1Soft Group, teams moved beyond coordination into co-creation, working across verticals, and across functional roles. From internal partnerships to external alliances, we made collaboration a shared mindset. As we close out the Year of Collaboration, it's worth taking a moment to reflect on just how much we've accomplished together.
eSewa, FoneNXT, Foneloan, and eXtenso Data, introduced easyloan - making eSewa the first digital wallet in Nepal to offer loans directly within the app. Designed for agents and small business owners, easyloan provides quick, collateral-free micro loans ranging from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 2,00,000 with just a few taps - eliminating the hassle of lengthy paperwork and lead times. With easyloan, eSewa empowers its agents with fast, reliable, and secure financial support to manage cash flow. Launched in August 2024, it has already disbursed over 1800+ loans worth $1.2 million with an NPL rate of 0.5%.

HamroBazaar, Foneloan, and F1Soft, HamroBNPL came together to bring a smart and flexible Buy Now, Pay Later solution. It is designed to make purchases easier, and more accessible without the pressure of upfront payments. Whether it’s the latest gadget, a home upgrade, or a much-needed appliance, HamroBNPL lets you buy what you need now and pay later in easy, interest-free EMIs for up to 6 months on exclusive products.
eSewa, Fonepay, and Fonepoints have jointly collaborated to introduce a seamless way to earn and redeem points for mobile banking and eSewa users. With a dedicated Fonepoints app, users can now merge their eSewa and Fonepay reward points.
By working closely with partners across the industry, we moved beyond transactional relationships to co-create impactful, forward-thinking solutions. Here are a few recent products that reflect what’s possible when strategic partnerships are rooted in shared goals.
Fonepay and F1Soft in collaboration with Citizens International Bank, Kumari Bank and Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank have launched Nepal’s first Virtual Credit Card. This credit card is accessible instantly through respective mobile banking apps Citizens Smart, Kumari Smart, and Mahalaxmi Smart Sathi app. This virtual card allows users to scan and pay at over 1.7 million Fonepay QR-enabled merchants across Nepal - with up to 45 days of interest-free credit and flexible repayment options, it gives users more control over their finances.

Fonepay and F1Soft with Citizens Bank introduced FoneTAG. FoneTAG is an offline payment solution that enables customers to make merchant payments by presenting an NFC tag or a CPQR code from a mobile banking app even in areas with limited or no internet connectivity. With the tag, users will be able to make offline payments at various NFC enabled Merchant Terminals with just one tap.
In a collaborative initiative to enhance digital visibility for Nepal’s hospitality sector Galli Maps and eSewa partnered to introduce Virtual Tour API integration across hotels via eSewa Travels and Tours. This feature, now active in 50 hotels, allows users to experience an immersive preview of hotel interiors and amenities directly from their screens. With this technology, travelers can explore accommodations virtually before booking, helping them make informed decisions with confidence.
Beyond product development , the Year of Collaboration has also been a time for learning and shared growth. As part of this journey, the F1ARL team hosted Ideafest—an event designed to nurture ideas, spark creativity, and strengthen the spirit of collaboration across F1Soft. The event also helped in the development of leadership and entrepreneurial skills. During the event, 10+ ideas were submitted. The winning idea during the Ideafest event, Account Aggregator, even made it to the 2025 Bankers’ Meetup as a presentation and is currently under development.
Likewise, The F1ARL team recently completed a research project focused on developing a Multilingual Chatbot — a significant step toward advancing inclusive and intelligent digital solutions. In addition to this, F1ARL team, INFRA Club, and F1ToastMaster Club have collaborated time and again to conduct insightful sessions.
