Fonepay Successfully Concludes Its 5th Annual General Meeting

Fonepay Payment Service Limited successfully conducted its 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Alice Conference, Pulchowk, Lalitpur. The meeting brought together shareholders and board members to review the company’s progress and discuss strategies for strengthening Nepal’s digital payment landscape.

Established as a Payment System Operator (PSO) in 2020 under Nepal Rastra Bank’s authorization, Fonepay has been at the forefront of Nepal’s cashless transformation. The company currently facilitates a wide range of digital payment services, including Interbank Fund Transfers, QR Payments, Bills Payment and E-Commerce, Contactless Transactions, and Nepal’s first Virtual Credit Card Scheme.
